Who We Are

Welcome to my Web site!

Hello, my name is Paula Kaprocki and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the state of Florida.  (FL MA#36455)  I am a 1995 graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage Professional Program and attended classes at the Florida School of Massage to complete Florida Licensure requirements.  I have completed Lomi Lomi training with Alice Belusko, LaStone Therapy training with Mary Nelson and the Medical Massage Practitioner training with Shamaya Chah.  I have been certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork since 1996 and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association since 1995.  I also hold a BS Degree in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health.

I have just recently moved to Dover, York County, Pa and am currently teaching at my Alma Mater of Baltimore School of Massage, York Campus.  I also am available for church groups, etc. with my Oils of Scripture seminar.  I am also very excited to begin teaching Florida CEU classes in New Smyrna Beach, FL during the winter months.

I am currently working out of Falci's in Dover, PA

If you are staying (or live) in the Debary/Deland/Deltona area of Florida ( about midway between Daytona Beach and Orlando) or the York area of Pennsylvania, please see our Current Services Page for rates and types of massage given.

I can always be reached at 717.818.7633, or leave a message on the office phone (386) 801.2224 and I will be happy to return your call.

Thanx - Paula

Angela K. Shaffer

My name is Angela (you can call me Angie) Shaffer.  We each have our own rooms at the Debary office to practice massage therapy.  Outcalls can be scheduled as well.

My Florida massage license number is MA#40442 which I obtained in 2003.  My training was completed in the vocational certificate program for therapeutic massage at Daytona Beach Community College. I graduated with honors in 2003 while working full-time as a Health Education teacher at Pine Ridge High School in Deltona, FL where I also have some athletic training duties.  I passed the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork exam to fulfill requirements for licensure.  I also belong to the Florida State Massage Therapy Association (FSMTA).  The Volusia/Flagler chapter is where I hold membership.  In the future I plan on joining their sports massage team.

The other license number you may have noticed, above the massage therapist number, is for athletic training.  I have been a nationally certified athletic trainer since 1985.  More information can be obtained from the National Athletic Trainer’s Association.  These credentials will allow me to implement additional physician-referred modalities within the massage setting.

My educational background begins at Lock Haven (now) University of Pennsylvania.  I majored in Health, Physical Education and Recreation, graduating with an emphasis in athletic training, in 1983.  A Master of Science degree followed from the University of Illinois in School Health Education, in the summer of 1984.  Since then I have had experience in positions at virtually every level teaching health and/or physical education.  (Presently I am also an adjunct instructor for the evening massage therapy program at DBCC.)

As I am not quite ready to “quit the day job” appointments can be made for late afternoons, early evening or on weekends.  Remember those public school days off too!

Call 386.848.5528 to schedule an appointment with me.

Thanks, Angie
