As with any other blog that I have tried to start, this is the beginning. Hopefully this one will take hold a contain my thoughts, wisdom and research to all manner of things that I am currently interested in.
This morning, it will be my daily breakfast smoothie - what to have, what to have. I believe I will start with a banana, then add peaches, yogurt, coconut milk and of course some vanilla protein powder. Let's see how that turns out!
