There have been no smoothies for a while as I was traveling and then went on a no-sugar routine to get my blood sugar back in balance and to do a cleanse.
But now the raspberries are in season and so I have been picking! Yesterday it was a banana and raspberries, coconut milk and vanilla protein powder. YUMMY! And so pretty too! Sorry no pics, I drank it too fast, but I will be making more.
Today it was pineapple, the rest of a mango, my remaining banana, coconut milk and vanilla protein powder! Again yumminess that I drank quicker than I could take a picture!
Will be working on some vegetable juice smoothies as soon as the harvest begins in full swing.
